Order cancellations
You are always more than welcome to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery as long as the product is still in its original packaging. Please email us or call us. Please have your order number to hand or the delivery address that’s on the order. We will refund your order as soon as it has been received back by us but can take 2-5 working days for the refund to clear in your account.
Returns
If you have ordered a product that you wish to return or exchange, please return it in their original containers within 30 days of receipt. Before returning any product, please call us to get a Return Authorization Number. .Such returns are free and the customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two/three working days.
